A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
EXECUTION OF A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FONTANA AND THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF BASE LINE ROAD AND EAST AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, has for its
consideration and execution, the Cooperative Agreement with the City of Fontana for the proposed
installation of traffic signals at the intersection of Base Line Road and East Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fontana and the City of Rancho Cucamonga are in mutual
accord with the conditions specified in the attached Cooperative Agreement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that the said Cooperative Agreement be approved and
accepted, and authorize the Mayor to execute the same, and direct the City Clerk to attach a
certified copy of this resolution to all copies of said Agreement and mail said copy to the City of
Fontana.
