A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
EXECUTION OF THE LICENSE AGREE:M:ENT BETWEEN THE
SAN BERNARDINO ASSOCIATED GOYERNMiENTS (SANBAG)
AND THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAM'ONGA FOR THE 36"
UNDERGROUND STO'RM D~N CiROS~:I:NG AT RO.CHESTER
AVENUE LOCATED' WiTHiN THiE OP~EiRA!~tN'G METROLINK
RAILROAD CORRIDOR.
WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (hereinafter referred
to as "City"), has for its consideration and execution, the License Agreement with San Bernardino
Associated Governments (hereinafter referred to as SAN BAG) for the 36" storm drain
improvement in Rochester Avenue within the SANBAG-owned property of the operating Metrolink
railroad corridor crossing; and
WHEREAS, SAN BAG and the City are in mutual accord with the conditions specified
in the attached ~License Agreement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said License Agreement be approved and accepted and
authorize the Mayor to execute the same, and direct the City Clerk to attach a certified copy of this
resolution to both copies of said Agreement and mail said copy to the Los Angeles County
Metropolitan Transportation Authority (the agent for SANBAG).
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19~ day of May, 1999.
