HomeMy WebLinkAbout99-088 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 99-088 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 15207 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 15207, submitted by Jerald B. Laird, and consisting of one parcel and a designated remainder parcel, located on the east side of Charles Smith Avenue at San Marino Drive, being a division of 5.5 acres into one parcel and a designated remainder parcel was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on January 13, 1999, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 15207 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by Jerald B. Laird as developer; and WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Parcel Map offering for dedication, for street, highway and related highway purposes, the streets delineated thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that the offers for dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Parcel Map No. 15207 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1999.
