A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
UPPER CUCAMONGA STORM DRAIN AND STREET
WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS, PHASES I AND II, CONTRACT
NO. 07-006 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Upper Cucamonga Storm Drain and Street Widening
Improvements, Phases I and II, Contract No. 07-006, has been completed to the satisfaction of
the Acting City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the Acting City Engineer is authorized to sign
and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
