A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR
PARCEL MAP 17808
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 17808, submitted by William Espinoza and
Eva Espinoza and consisting of a subdivision of 0.75 acre of land into 2 lots, located at the
northeast corner of Archibald Avenue and Palo Alto Street, in the Low Residential District (2-4
dwelling units per acre), was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga on June 14, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 17808 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final Parcel Map 17808 have now been met by posting the Improvement Securities and
monumentation cash deposit by William Espinoza and Eva Espinoza, as developers; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement,
Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said
developers be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
that said Parcel Map 17808 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer
is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
