A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY FOR DRC2006-00692.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement by Rancho Arrow Highway, LLC as
developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the South side of Arrow Route between Pecan
Avenue and Hickory Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with
the development of said real property referred to as DRC2006-00692; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security be and
the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
