A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROJECT
DRC2004-01290.
WHEREAS, Development Review Project DRC2004-01290, submitted by Heffler
Holdings, LLC, and consisting of five (5) new buildings, located on the north side of Arrow Route,
east of 1-15 in the General Industrial District (Subarea 8), was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on August 10, 2005, and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
development project by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Improvement
Security by Heffler Holdings, LLC, as developer, and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement, and Improvement
Securities submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga
