A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
15727-7
WHEREAS, Amended Tentative Tract Map No. 15727, submitted by Cornerpointe
85 and 257, LLC, and consisting of 342 single family lots and a neighborhood park, located at the
intersection of Fourth Street and the Cucamonga Creek Flood Control Channel, bordered by Sixth
Street on the north, was approved by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on
September 2, 1998, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance
No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. '15727~7 is the seventh of nine final maps of the division
of land approved as shown on said Tentative "Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that the City Clerk attest that the final map for said Tract
Map No. 15727-~7 is, hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of July, 1999.
