A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
15727-8, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY
WHEREAS, Amended Tentative Tract Map No. 15727, submitted by Cornerpointe
85 and 257, LLC, and consisting of 342 single family lots and a neighborhood park, located at the
intersection of Fourth Street and the Cucamonga Creek Flood Control Channel, bordered by Sixth
Street on the, north., was approved by the City Council of the, City of Rancho Cucamonga, on
September 2, 1998, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance
No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 15727-8 is the eighth of nine final maps of the division
of land approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of these
final maps by the City Council of said City have now b. een met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Cornerpointe 257, LLC, as
developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map offering for
dedication emergency access across the private streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
CL~camonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for dedication and the final maps
delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 15727-8 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1999.
