A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
MAP NUMBER 15798 AND IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 15798, submitted by Ryland Homes of
California, Inc;., located south of Highland Avenue east of East Avenue, being a division of 45 single
family lots on 19.26 acreas of land in ':[he Residential District, was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on July 23, 1997, and is compliance with the State
Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 15798 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by by Ryland Homes of California,
Inc., as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, ~nd the City Clerk to attest', and that said Tentative Tract Map No. 15798 be and the
same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
