A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA APPROVING LAND SURVEYING
SERVICES FOR PROCESSING TRACT MAPS, PARCEL MAPS,
EASEMENT DOCUMENTS, LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS AND ANY
OTHER RELATED DUTIES
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga needs a licensed Land Surveyor or
appropriate licensed Registered Civil Engineer to meet the State requirements for processing tract
maps, parcel maps, easement documents, legal descriptions and any other related duties per the
Subdivision Map Act; and
WHEREAS, Dan Guerra &Associates has met all the requirements for the position
and was the successful responsible applicant selected through a screening and oral review board.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Agreement to award land surveying services is
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Agreements on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest.
