A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (SRA-55) FOR
RECONSTRUCTION OF PAVEMENT AND OVERLAY,
RECONSTRUCTION OF MEDIAN LEFT TURN LANES AND
TRAFFIC SIGNAL RELATED IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement (SRA-55) submitted by Footchester Partners I, LLC,
as developer of Parcel Map 17818 for reconstruction of pavement and overlay, reconstruction of
median left turn lanes and traffic signal related improvements on Foothill Boulevard between
Rochester Avenue and the Day Creek Channel and portion of Rochester Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's expense, has completed the above
mentioned public improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same
is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest hereto and cause said
agreement to record.
