CITY COUNCIL, FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
A'. CALL TO ORDER
The Rancho Cucamonga City Council, Fire Protection District and Redevelopment Agency held a
special meeting on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, in the Cultural Center Celebration Hall South
located at 12505 Cultural Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Chairman/PresidenUMayor
Donald J. Kurth called the meeting to order at 4:21 p.m.
Present were Agencymembers/Boardmembers/Councilmembers: Rex Gutierrez, Sam Spagnolo,
Diane Williams and Vice ChairmanNice PresidenUMayor Pro Tem L. Dennis Michael.
Chairman/PresidenUMayor Donald J. Kurth arrived at 4:26 p.m.
Also present were: Jack Lam, Executive Director; Pamela Easter, Assistant City Manager; John
Gillison, Deputy City Manager/Administrative Services and Mahdi Aluzri, Deputy City
Manager/Community Development.

No one was present to comment on the meeting.

1. DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF CONSENSUS BUILDING - Dr. Bill Mathis,

Dr. Mathis facilitated discussion with the AgencymemberslBoardmembers/Councilmembers.

MEETING TO ADJOURN TO DECEMBER 17, 2008, AT 2:45 P.M. FOR A MEETING IN THE TRI-
COMMUNITIES CONFERENCE ROOM AT CITY HALL, 10500 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE,
FOLLOWED BY A MEETING AT 4:00 P.M. AT THE SAME LOCATION.
