A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. F58 TO ADMINISTERING
AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR STATE FUNDED
PROJECTS NO. 002295 BETWEEN THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA AND THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Program Supplement No. F58 to Administering Agency-State Agreement for
State Funded Projects No. 00229S between the State of California and the City of Rancho
Cucamonga for the replacement of traffic signal controllers and cabinets at 20 locations on
Foothill Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the project will benefit traffic
circulation in the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement needs to be executed between the City of
Rancho Cucamonga and the State of California in order for the project to be constructed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to delegate authorization to execute this
Cooperative Agreement and any amendments thereto to the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said Cooperative Agreement be hereby approved, and the City
Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said Cooperative Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
