A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA, FOR APPROVAL OF CITY
ENGINEER'S ANNUAL REPORTS FOR LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, 3A, 36, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 AND
10 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009/10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972(the"Act") ,the City Engineer is
required to make and file with the City Clerk of said City an annual report ("Report") in writing for
which assessments are to be levied and collected to pay the costs of the maintenance and/or
improvement of said Landscape Maintenance District Nos. 1, 2, 3A, 36, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10(the
"Districts'); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made and filed with the City Clerk of said City, Reports in writing
as called for pursuant to said Act, which Reports have been presented to this Council for
consideration, and
WHEREAS, said City Council has duly considered each Report and each and every part thereof,
and finds that each and every part of said Reports are sufficient, and that said Reports, should not
be modified in any respect.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby order as
follows:
1. That the Engineer's Estimate of the itemized costs and expenses of said work and of
the incidental expenses in connection therewith, contained in said Reports are hereby
preliminarily approved and confirmed.
2. That the diagrams showing the Districts referred to and described in said Reports, and
the boundaries of the subdivisions of land within said Districts are hereby preliminarily
approved and confirmed.
3. That the proposed assessments upon the subdivisions of land in said Districts in
proportion to the estimated benefit to be received by said subdivision, respectively,
from said work and of the incidental expenses thereof, as contained in said Reports are
hereby approved and confirmed.
4. That said Reports shall stand as the City Engineer's Annual Reports for Fiscal Year
2009/10 for the subsequent proceedings.
