A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR ROW2008-00434 AND
RELEASE THE FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for ROW2008-00434 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to release the
Faithful Performance Bond.
