A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES FOR DRC2006-00540
WHEREAS, DRC2006-00540, submitted by Northtown Housing Development
Corporation and consisting of a subdivision of 12.87 acres of land into a 255 workforce
apartment units, located at 13233 Foothill Boulevard, in the area between the Etiwanda San
Sevaine Flood Control Channel on the east, and the Southern California Edison Transmission
Corridor, in the Medium Residential District, was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga on July 25, 2007; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
