A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO FILE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT
OF APPROVED SANBAG FUNDING FROM
TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA), ARTICLE 3,
20% TRANSIT ACCESS FUNDS FOR THE FY 2008/2009 BUS
BAY, DRIVEWAY AND ADA ACCESS RAMP IMPROVEMENTS
AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS
WHEREAS, the FY 2008/2009 Bus Bay, Driveway and ADA Access Ramp
improvements at various locations has been completed and accepted by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves authorizing the City Engineer to file a claim for reimbursement of approved SANBAG
funding from the Transportation Development Act (TDA), Article 3, 20% Transit Access Funds.
