1. DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED BUDGETS FOR 1995/96 FISCAL YEAR
C. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
This is the time and place for the general public to address the City Council, Redevelopment Agency and Fire
District Board. State law prohibits the Council, Agency and Fire Board from addressing any issue not previously
included on the Agenda. They may all receive testimony and set the matter for a subsequent meeting. Comments
are to be limited to five minutes per individual.
