HomeMy WebLinkAbout09-243 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 09-243 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING DEED OF TRUST AND ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS FOR LOTS 11, 43 and 44 OF TRACT 17919, LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EAST AVENUE AND MILLER AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, adopted Ordinance 802 creating a development impact fee deferral program; and WHEREAS, the development impact fees required under the agreement have been paid in full on lots 11, 43 and 44 and is no longer required; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said deed of trust and assignment of rents for lots 11, 43 and 44 of Tract 17919 and the Mayor is authorized to sign this resolution and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause release of deed of trust and assignment of rents to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of California.
