A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO FILE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT
OF APPROVED SANBAG FUNDING FROM
TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA), ARTICLE 3,
20% TRANSIT ACCESS FUNDS FOR THE BASE LINE ROAD
PARKWAY LANDSCAPE FROM ROCHESTER AVENUE TO
600' EAST OF ROCHESTER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Base Line Road Parkway Landscape from Rochester Avenue to
600' east of Rochester Avenue, Contract No RA09-023, has been completed and accepted by
the City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been filed, certifying the work complete
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the City Engineer is authorized to file a claim for reimbursement of approved
SANBAG funding from the Transportation Development Act (TDA), Article 3, 20% Transit
Access Funds
