A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL
PROPERTY AGREEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN
AGREEMENT FROM MARGARITA ORTEGA-PAULLI AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE
SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has adopted Ordinance No 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit issuance, and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and pavement
established as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for 9144 Nineteenth Street has
been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by
Margarita Ortega-Paulli
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
Count, California
