RECOMMENDATION
This item is for information only.
BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS
Attached, please find the draft financial report for the Winery Fundraising event of
December 5, 2003. This analysis was generated by the fundraising software
package recently purchased for the use of both Foundations.
It provides analysis by the number of donors, the cost to produce the event, and
other important issues in hosting a successful event.
Since this is the first use of the system, the report may need additional refinements,
depending on the information needs of the Board Members.
FISCAL IMPACT
None.
