LIBRARY DIRECTOR'S STAFF REPORTS The following items do not legally require any public testimony, although the President may open the meeting for public input. 1. BOARD BUSINESS The following items have been requested by the Library Foundation Board for discussion. BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS Attached, please find the draft financial report for the Winery Fundraising event of December 5, 2003. This analysis was generated by the fundraising software package recently purchased for the use of both Foundations. It provides analysis by the number of donors, the cost to produce the event, and other important issues in hosting a successful event.
