HomeMy WebLinkAbout99-193 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 99-193 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O.F RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR HAVEN AVENUE BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT, FROM C HU RC H STREET TO BASE LINE ROAD, CONTRACT NO. 98-070 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Haven Avenue Beautification Project, from Church Street to Base Line Road, Contract No. 98-070 has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
