A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY ORDERING
THE VACATION OF A 6-FOOT WIDE EASEMENT FOR
DRAINAGE PURPOSES FOR APN: 209-262-16 AND 15
WHEREAS, by Chapter 4,Article 1, Section 8331, of the Streets and Highways
Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized to summarily vacate the 6-
foot drainage easement along the east side of the railroad spur crossing for both 10401 Seventh
Street and 10404 Sixth Street, APN: 209-262-16 and 15, and
WHEREAS, the City council found by all the evidence submitted that the drainage
easement is unnecessary for public service purposes, and has been superceded by relocation and
there are no other public facilities located within the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:
That the City Council hereby makes its order vacating the 6-
foot wide drainage easement for drainage purposes, as
shown in Exhibit "B" and described as follows:
Those portions of Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No.
7731 in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, as described
in official record 85-236.519 recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of said county.
All as shown on Exhibit '~" and Exhibit "B" attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2:
That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution and
exhibits to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution and it shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
