A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REQUEST
TO SUBSTITUTE CASH WITH BOND AS SECURITY FOR TRACT
MAP 15798
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 15798, submitted by Ryland Homes of California, Inc.,
located south of Highland Avenue east of East Avenue, being a division of 45 single family lots on
19.26 acres of land in the Residential District was approved by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga on August 4, 1999; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map of the City Council of said City have been met by entry into an Improvement Agreement
guaranteed by bond as security and cash deposit to guarantee the installment of underground
utilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said request to substitute cash deposit with a bond
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved, and the cash deposit may be
released.
