A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO' CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMEN:T AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR CUP 97-03
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for
its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed by Ralph Otivas as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the southwest corner of San Bernardino Road and Red Hill Country Club; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property as referred to Planning Commission, Conditional Use Permit 97-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security be and
the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest: thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1999.
