State law prohibits the Board from addressing any issue not previously included on the Agenda. The Boards may receive testimony and set the matter for a subsequent meeting. In addition, a brief training session with a professional fundraising consultant, Monica J. Hubbard Consultant to Non-profits, has been included as a part of this meeting.
