we hereby request we be sent back to Planning Commission for further review
and decided not to appeal the decision of the Planning Commission of 2 13,
2008 to deny the variance. The appeal fee to the city couhci7 is too
expensive. we have attached a prel~m~nary rendering showing our residence
ruduced to 1900 sq ft living area.
