A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NO. PM 19179
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 19179 submitted by Diversified Pacific Development
Group, LLC and consisting of 2 parcels, located at the northwest comer of Haven Avenue and 26th
Street was approved by the Planning Commission on June 6, 2009 of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 19179 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map No. 19225 is hereby approved and the
City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
