HomeMy WebLinkAbout11-005 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 11-006 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. PM 17998 WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 17998 submitted by Bailey Financial, LLC and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the south side of 8'" Street between Belmont Avenue and Cottage Avenue,was approved by the Planning Commission on September 13,2006 of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 17998 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown'on said Tentative Parcel Map; and WHEREAS; all-of thd1equirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map No. 17998 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record. please sae the following page for formal adoption,certification and signatures PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2011.
