A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (SRA-57) FOR
INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND
MISCELLANEOUS CHURCH STREET IMPROVEMENTS,
LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF CHURCH STREET AND
CENTER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement (SRA-57) submitted by KB HOME, as developer of
Tract 17435 for installation of a Traffic Signal and miscellaneous Church Street improvements,
located at the intersection of Church Street and Center Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's expense, has completed the above
mentioned public improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same
is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest hereto and cause said
agreement to record.
