A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND
MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT 18782
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February 16, 2011, by LGC Santa Barbara
at Terra Vista LLC, as Developer, for the improvement of the public right-of-way adjacent to the real
property specifically described therein, and generally located between Church Street and Town
Center Drive and between Elm and Spruce Avenues; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit, which are identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk
is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit are
accepted as good and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney.
