II. NEW BUSINESS
PRE-APPLICATION REVIEW 97-12 - FIELDSTONE COMMUNITIES,
INC. - The review of conceptual subdivision mapping, site planning,
and street scene elevations for a proposed 229-1ot single family
residential subdivision (Tentative Tract 15814) on approximately
35 acres of land in the Low Medium Residential Development District
(4-8 dwelling units per acre), located at the southwest corner of
Highland and Rochester Avenues - APN: 227-011-09 & 13.
III.PUBLIC COMMENTS
This is the time and place for the genera/public to address the Commission. Items
to be discussed here are those which do not already appear on this agenda.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The Planning Commission has adopted Administrative Regulations that set an
11:00 p.m. adjournment time. If items go beyond that time, they shall be heard only
with the consent of the Commission.
