A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING LOT"C"
FOR STREET PURPOSES DEDICATED ON TRACT MAP 6939
LOCATED NORTH OF RUBY AVENUE, SOUTH OF BASELINE
ROAD
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1:
The offer to dedicate to the County of San Bernardino (now
City of Rancho Cucamonga), State of California, the property
herein described for street purposes, is hereby accepted.
Said property is described and shown on the attached
Exhibits "A" and "B".
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a
certified copy of the resolution to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino, State of
California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1999.
