A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES FOR
TRACTS 12659-2, -3 and -4
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration Improvement Agreement Extensions executed on June 2, 1999, by Centex Homes,
as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the southwest corner of Etiwanda Avenue and 24th
Street.
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement Agreements
and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of said Tracts
12659-2, -3 and -4; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extensions are secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Securities, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement
Extensions.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California hereby
resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extensions and said Improvement Securities be and
the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement Extensions on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest
thereto.
