A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING TRACT MAP
NUMBER 17651, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 17651, submitted by K. Hovnanian at
Andalusia, LLC, and consisting of 56 lots located on the south side of Banyan Street east of East
Avenue was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,on August 9,
2006, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 of said
City; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 17651 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by K. Hovnanian at Andalusia, LLC as
developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map offering the
dedication for streets and public easements delineated thereon subject to their improvements and
acceptance by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer are hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk
to attest; and that the offers for dedication, easements and the final map delineating the same for
said Tract Map No. 17651 are hereby approved, and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
