A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
MAP NUMBER 18708, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 18708, submitted by K. Hovnanian at
Andalusia, LLC, and consisting of 7 lots located south of Banyan Street and east of East
Avenue was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on
August 14, 2010, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance
No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 18708 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by K. Hovnanian at Andalusia,
LLC, as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map offering the
dedication for streets and public easements delineated thereon subject to their improvements
and acceptance by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer are hereby approved, and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for dedication, easements and the
final map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 18708 are hereby approved, and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
