A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT AND THE ADDENDUM TO
SAME REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FROM FOOTCHESTER
PARTNERS I, LLC
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, adopted
Resolution No. 09-045 on March 18, 2009, approving a Reimbursement Agreement and Resolution
No. 09-104 on June 3, 2009, approving the addendum to same Reimbursement Agreement from
Footchester Partners I, LLC; and
WHEREAS, said Reimbursement Agreement and the Addendum to same
Reimbursement Agreement were recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County,California
on March 26, 2009 and June 26, 2009 as Document No. 2009-0128440 and Document
No. 2009-0282754 respectively; and
WHEREAS, said Reimbursement Agreement and the Addendum to same
Reimbursement Agreement are no longer required; and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Reimbursement Agreement and the Addendum to same
Reimbursement Agreement for Parcel Map 17818 and that the City Clerk shall cause Releases of
Reimbursement Agreement and the Addendum to same Reimbursement Agreement to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
