A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 18782
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 18782, submitted by LGC Santa Barbara at
Terra Vista LLC and consisting of a subdivision of 11.15 acres of land into 192 condominium
units, located between Church Street and Town Center Drive and between Elm and Spruce
Avenues, within The High Residential Development District (24-31 Dwelling Units per acre), was
approved by the Planning Commission on December 8, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map 18782 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS;'all;the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
installation of public street improvements by the City Council of said City have now been met by
previously posting the Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit on February
16, 2011, by the same developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Tract Map 18782 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be
filed for record.
