This analysis will assist the Boards in achieving a clearer l understanding of our current status and where we should go from here. The intent of tonight's j meeting is to introduce the concept of a strategy session to the Boards and to encourage members 1 of both Foundations to evaluate their thoughts on the topic and to prepare for a future workshop where an outside consultant will guide us through this very important process.
