Specifications for Public Works Construction, (Green Book), 2003 Edition and including the 2004

2. Public and Private utilities and substructures shown hereon are from available records. The
Contractor shall be responsible for protecting all utilities and substructures as shown within the
construction limits of this project and shall be responsible for any damage as a result of the Project
construction operations.
