A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
FOR DRC2011-00645
WHEREAS, DRC2011-00645, submitted by Laszlo and Maureen Vass, and
consisting of a single-family residence of about 2,500 square feet and a second dwelling unit of
about 1,150 square feet (640 square feet livable) on a parcel of 15,418 square feet in the Low (L)
Residential District located at the north side of Red Hill Country Club Drive about 260 feet west of
Carnelian Avenue;was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
August 25, 2011; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the Mayor
is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient, subject
to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
