A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY LOCKER ROOM
CARPET REPLACEMENT AND AWARDING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF$14,481
($13,164 PLUS A 10% CONTINGENCY OF $1,317) TO THE
APPARENT LOWEST RESPONSIVE, RESPONSIBLE BIDDER,
MIKE'S CUSTOM FLOORING OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to construct certain
improvements in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has prepared specifications for the
construction of certain improvements.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED thatthe specifications presented by the City
of Rancho Cucamonga be and are hereby approved as the specifications for the"PUBLIC SAFETY
LOCKER ROOM CARPET REPLACEMENT".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby awards
and authorizes the execution of a contract in the amount of $14,481 ($13,164 plus a 10%
contingency of $1,317) to the apparent lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Mike's Custom
Flooring of Redlands, California for the"Public Safety Locker Room Carpet Replacement" project.
