A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH
CONTRIBUTION IN LIEU OF CONSTRUCTION AMOUNTS FOR
CIRCULATION IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RANCHO ETIWANDA
AREA, SRA-41
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Rancho Etiwanda 685, LLC, the
Developer, for area-wide circulation improvements in conjunction with the development of
Rancho Etiwanda, located on the both sides of Day Creek Boulevard north of the 210 Freeway;
and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's expense, has completed the required
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City has on deposit some contributions in lieu of construction for
these improvements collected from benefiting property owners on the basis of estimated costs
per Development Agreement 00-02; and
• WHEREAS, the City placed conditions of approval on Tentative Tracts 16226,
16227 and all subsequent Development Reviews requiring payment of a traffic circulation
improvement fee for the area encompassing Rancho Etiwanda and Rancho Etiwanda Estates
prior to building permits issuance.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk attest thereto.
