A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL
INSTALLATION (SRA-49) AT THE INTERSECTION OF 4T"
STREET AND RICHMOND PLACE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement by Tharaldson Development Company, the
Developer, for off-site improvements, in conjunction with the development of Parcel Map 16300,
located on the north side of 4th Street between Pittsburgh Avenue and Richmond Place; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's expense, has completed the required
traffic signal improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same
is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest hereto and to cause
same to record.
