A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT 16592
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 16592 submitted by Toll Brothers, Inc. and
consisting of a subdivision of 7.59 gross acres of land for the development of 11 single family
detached homes, located on the north side of Hillside Road, west of Archibald Avenue, in the
Very Low Residential District (1-2 Dwelling Units per acre), was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on May 26, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map 16592 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
installation of public street and storm drain improvements by the City Council of said City have
now been met by posting the Improvement Securities and monumentation cash deposit by Toll
Brothers, Inc., as developer; and
• NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement
Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and that said Tract Map 16592 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder
to be filed for record.
