A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
MASTER PLAN TRANSPORTATION FACILITY
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (SRA-52) FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF NORTH SIDE OF JACK BENNY DRIVE
FRONTING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON
EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Master Plan Transportation Facility Reimbursement Agreement (SRA-52)
submitted by The Bates Company, as developer of DRC2003-00732 for construction of north
side of Jack Benny Drive fronting Southern California Edison easement; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's expense, has completed the required
public improvements; and
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest hereto and cause said
• agreement to record and to cause same to record.
