Home My WebLink About07-250 - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 07-250 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE SUMMARY VACATION OF EXCESS DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED, IN THE ALTA LOMA COMMUNITY OF THE CITY AND GENERALLY NORTH WEST OF MANZANITA DRIVE AND BUCKTHORN AVENUE - APN: 1062-121-26 WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized to summarily vacate the excess Drainage Easement; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found by all the evidence submitted that the excess Drainage Easement is not required for Drainage purposes; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga herby makes its order summarily vacating excess Drainage Easement, as described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B". SECTION 2: That the subject vacation shall be subject to the reservation and exception, if any, for existing utilities on record. SECTION 3: That from and after the date the Resolution is recorded, said excess Drainage Easement no longer constitutes a public easement. SECTION 4: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California. SECTION 5: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution, and it shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
