A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD BIKE/PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, ROUTE
66 TRAILHEAD AND STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. RA70-015 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Foothill Boulevard Bike/Pedestrian Bridge, Route 66 Trailhead
and Street Improvement project, Contract No. RA10-015, has been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Successor Agency of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign
and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
